Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time through your purchase provider. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period and preserves Pro until the effective end date shown in your subscription details. Canceling does not itself refund a previous payment. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.

For Freemius purchases, use the customer portal linked in your receipt. For Google Play purchases, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in the Play Store, or use Google Play subscriptions.

Desktop and web purchases through Freemius include a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase through the support link in your receipt or by emailing support@oculovis.com with your order reference.

An approved refund under this guarantee also cancels the associated subscription and license. Pro access ends when that cancellation takes effect; future renewals stop. Your camera settings and existing recordings remain subject to your normal retention policy. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider.

Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. Use Google's refund-request process or contact us for assistance. Eligibility and processing depend on the purchase and your location; we do not promise an automatic refund or a fixed processing time.

Email support@oculovis.com with your order reference, purchase provider and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or camera credentials. For a technical defect, describe what happened so we can investigate and help resolve it.

A refund and cancellation are distinct actions. Check your provider's confirmation for the effect on future renewals and access. When Pro access ends, Oculovis returns to Free; camera settings and existing recordings remain subject to your normal local retention policy.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law gives you stronger withdrawal, refund or other rights, those rights apply. See also our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
